Description

Position yourself on all fours with an elastic band around your thighs, just above the knees, and rest on the balls of your feet. Contract your abs and lift your knees off the ground into a plank position. While maintaining this position, create tension in the band by spreading and then bringing your thighs together. Make sure to keep your back straight throughout the exercise. Then gently return to your initial position.
