Description

Position yourself near a wall in a seated position with your legs spread apart and sit on a ball perpendicularly to the wall. Place one hand flat on the wall while the other hand holds a stick firmly on the other side. Start a movement similar to a throw, imitating the gesture of throwing a ball or a javelin. During this movement, rotate your trunk, making sure to initiate this rotation from the hip toward the stick. Keep the hand against the wall constantly fixed. Stop the movement as soon as you feel a stretch in the pectoral area, then gently release to return to the starting position. This movement should be performed smoothly and with control to optimize the benefits of the exercise.
