Description
From a hands-and-knees position, move your hips back toward your heels until you are sitting on or near your heels, either stretching your arms out in front of you or bringing them back alongside your body. Breathe calmly into your back, allowing your rib cage to widen with each inhale, within a comfortable range. Breathe into the back of your rib cage to feel it expand posteriorly with every inhalation. You can use this position as a recovery between exercises. Maintain a few breathing cycles slowly and deeply, within a comfortable range.
