Description
Get into Child’s Pose, letting your forehead come to the floor, spine lengthened and arms stretched as far as possible in front of you. Initiate the upward movement from the coccyx, which moves back first, gradually drawing the sacrum, the lumbar spine, the thoracic spine, and then the rest of the vertebral column, vertebra by vertebra, until your buttocks reach your heels. Perform this rolling motion slowly and with control, then return to the starting position.
