Description
Get down on all fours, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, and spine in a neutral position. Simultaneously extend your right arm and left leg in line with your body, reaching in opposite directions with both ends to create a lengthening tension throughout the body. Breathe out as you lift your arm and leg, and breathe in while holding the position, without letting your pelvis tilt or your lower back arch. Return to the starting position, then repeat with the opposite arm and leg.
