Description
Get down on all fours, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, and spine in a neutral position. Instead of simply moving in flexion–extension as in the classic cat / cow, let your spine explore all directions: flexion, extension, side bends, and rotations, like a cat stretching in every direction. There is no set path to follow; your spine searches and explores according to your sensations. Keep your points of support stable and your core engaged, and perform the movement smoothly, within a comfortable range of motion.
