Description

Position yourself on all fours in front of a step, with your elbows straight, supporting yourself on your hands and the tips of your toes, with your knees on the floor. Contract your abdominal muscles, then straighten your knees to lift your pelvis, thus aligning your torso with your head and legs in a plank position. In this posture, step onto the step by placing one hand after the other on it, then return to the starting position. Release the tension and gently rest your knees on the floor.
