Description

You are in a quadruped position, with your knees on the floor, supporting yourself with your elbows on a Swiss ball and the tips of your toes on the floor. You will tighten your abs, then straighten your knees and lift your pelvis to align your trunk with your head and lower limbs. While maintaining this plank position, you will make circular movements with your elbows, rolling the Swiss ball. Then, completely relax and lower your knees to the floor.
