Description
Start in a quadruped position, with your elbows extended, resting on your hands and the tips of your toes, with your knees on the ground. Engage your abs, then extend your knees and lift your pelvis to create a straight line from your torso to your head and legs, forming a plank position. In this posture, touch the opposite shoulder with one hand, then the other hand with the other shoulder. After that, release the tension and gently rest your knees on the ground.
