Dynamic Plank With Shoulder Resistance
ShoulderStrengthening

Description
Start in a front plank position, with your abs engaged and one hand on the step while the other hand is on the floor, both hands under your shoulders. Using mainly your shoulders to support your body weight, perform a dynamic inversion of hand positions. This involves moving the hand on the floor to the step, while the hand that was on the step moves to the floor on the other side.
