Description

You are standing, with your shoulders flexed to 90° to the side and elbows flexed at 90°, back to a person ready to catch you. During the movement, you will contract your arm, torso, and gluteal muscles to stay straight and well braced. You will lean backward as if to fall into the arms of the person behind you while keeping your shoulders in their initial position. The person behind you catches you at the wrists and tilts you forward to return to the starting position.
