Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, with a kettlebell or a moderate weight in each hand, with your arms straight alongside your body. Engage your trunk and glutes, lower your shoulders, and keep your torso straight, your neck long, and your gaze ahead of you. Walk forward at a steady pace, placing each foot in line with your direction of travel, with your pelvis level and your shoulders stable, without leaning forward or arching your lower back. Maintain a firm grip on the handles and continuous breathing throughout the walk. Perform the distance or duration indicated by your physical therapist, then set the loads down by bending your hips and knees.
