Description
Lie prone, resting on your pelvis, with your arms stretched out in front of you and your legs straight. Simultaneously lift your right arm and left leg by lengthening them, without moving your hips or arching your lower back, trying to move the two extremities as far away from each other as possible while keeping your torso braced. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat with the opposite arm and leg. Perform the movement in a controlled manner.
