Description
From Forearm Plank, place your elbows under your shoulders and brace your trunk. Push through your forearms, then place one hand on the floor followed by the other to move into a high plank, with your hands under your shoulders and your arms engaged. Keep your body aligned from your head to your heels and your pelvis stable, without letting it sag or rise excessively. Then come back down onto your forearms one arm at a time while staying in control, and continue, alternating with the arm that initiates the movement. Maintain smooth breathing, aiming for stability, engagement, and coordination.
