Description

Stand up and hold the TRX handles. Move your feet forward as if you are walking, then lean back until your torso forms a 45-degree angle. Keep your arms straight in front of you; this is the starting position. Engage your back muscles by pulling your arms up and back while keeping your elbows slightly bent. Slowly return to the starting position. Make sure to keep your torso straight, like an inclined plank, throughout the exercise.
