Description

Start by securing a band on the side, which you can attach to the leg of a piece of furniture or wedge in a door. Then, get into a four-point kneeling position with the elbow of the arm to be worked resting on a sliding support, such as a cloth or towel. Your forearm should be positioned perpendicular to the point of attachment of the elastic band. Your forearm should be aligned with the band. With the hand of the arm being worked, grab the elastic band and perform an internal shoulder rotation movement by bringing the hand inward. Then return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
