Description

You are standing perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band, the arm to be worked is opposite to the wall, arm alongside your body, elbow bent at 90°, and the elastic band in hand. While firmly maintaining the position of your arm, perform a lateral lunge by stepping in the opposite direction of the wall and then bending your knee. Then straighten your knee and slowly return to the starting position.
