Description

Lie on your back with your knees bent, ideally on a bed with a free side nearby. Make sure you are settled safely, then hold the edge of the bed with one hand, or place that hand on the floor on the opposite side. Bring both knees toward you, then gently guide them toward the free side of the bed with your other hand. Try to keep your shoulders facing the ceiling, without rotating your whole upper body along with your knees. Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds, or for a few slow breaths, then calmly return to the starting position.
