Description
Get on all fours, with your knees under your hips and your hands under your shoulders, keeping your back straight. Contract your transverse abdominals by pulling your navel in and hold this contraction throughout the exercise. From this position, simultaneously raise one arm and the opposite leg, extending them as far as possible while ensuring that you do not move or twist your torso. Hold this position for the indicated time. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the other arm and opposite leg.
