Description
Start in a tabletop position, with hands aligned under shoulders and knees under hips. Engage your core and lower back muscles slightly to stabilize your torso and hips. Next, slowly lift one leg back and the opposite arm forward, making sure not to rotate the pelvis or arch the lower back. Maintain a straight posture, focusing on a controlled movement of only the leg and opposite arm. Breathe smoothly and regularly throughout the exercise.
