Description

Stand on one leg with your chest out and shoulders back. Hold a kettlebell on the opposite side of the supporting leg. Bend from the hips while keeping your spine neutral and bring the weight toward the floor. Lower as much as possible until you feel tension behind the supporting leg. Return to the starting position using your glutes and hamstrings to lift yourself back up. At the same time, bring the weight up with a bent arm to the side, then extend your arm straight overhead. Gently bring your arm back to the bent position and then along your body, and repeat the movement.
