Description

Lie on your stomach with a towel placed under your forehead. Take a weight in each hand and place your arms extended out to the sides, at shoulder height, with your thumbs pointing up. From this position, lift your arms upward while keeping your elbows straight, then lower them slowly, controlling the movement. During the exercise, try to bring your scapulas closer to each other.
