Description
Place a rubber band around your lumbar region and hold the ends with your hands. Position yourself on all fours, with your toes tucked underneath you. Engage your abdominals and push down on your hands and toes to lift your knees about 2.5 cm (1 inch) off the ground. Maintain this stable position for the recommended time, taking care not to move forwards or backwards. Keep your spine neutral and let your abdominal muscles support the effort. Slowly lower your knees to the floor, then repeat the exercise if necessary.
