Description
Sit cross-legged, sit up tall, and relax your shoulders. Perform slow, controlled shoulder rolls, in one direction and then the other, letting your shoulders move freely. Return to the center, then gently rotate your torso around your hips, keeping your pelvis stable and initiating the movement from your thorax. Continue with a spinal twist by placing one hand behind you and the other on your opposite knee to support the rotation, lengthening your spine with each inhalation and deepening the rotation with each exhalation. Return to the center, then repeat on the other side, aiming for release, smoothness, and calm breathing.
