Description

You are in a lunge position, the front leg slightly bent, the back leg extended, and the arm on the same side extended along the body with the hand placed on a Swiss ball. In this position, you will perform shoulder depressions against the ball by pressing the hand into the Swiss ball, then release the pressure and return to the starting position. You will then perform the movement with the arm extended a little further forward then to the side.
