Description

Stand facing a table with a Swiss ball placed in front of you. Place your hand on the ball, palm facing inward and thumb pointing up, keeping your elbow bent. Then step one foot forward into a lunge while progressively rolling the ball forward to lengthen your arm and gradually bring the shoulder into flexion. Slowly return to the starting position with your elbow bent, then repeat the movement in a controlled manner according to your therapist's instructions.
