Description

Lie on your back with your arms alongside your body. Hold a bottle containing some liquid for added resistance in the hand on the affected side. Bend the elbow on this side to 90 degrees, then lift it until your arm is vertical. Then, straighten your elbow as much as possible. Once your arm is straight, swing it slightly back and forth according to your physical therapist's instructions. Then, bend your elbow again and slowly bring your arm back to the floor in a controlled manner. Straighten your elbow again to return to the initial position and repeat the exercise as recommended.
