Description

An elastic band is securely fixed behind you. Stand up, ensuring that the fixation point of the elastic band is directly behind you. Grasp the end of the elastic band with the hand of the shoulder you want to work on. Your arm should be extended behind and almost parallel to the ground. To begin, take a few steps forward to create tension in the elastic band while keeping your arm extended backward. Ensure that the elastic band is taut before starting the rotations. Once the elastic band is under tension, start performing shoulder rotations. Rotate your arm in a circular motion. Throughout the exercise, make sure to keep your back turned towards the fixation point of the elastic band. Maintain a smooth and controlled movement to maximize the benefits of this exercise.
