Description

You are in a quadruped position, the shoulder to be worked at 90° abduction to the side, with the elbow resting on a stable surface and holding a tensioned elastic band anchored behind and above you. With the opposite hand, assist in placing your hand on the stable surface, then actively maintain this position. Next, allow your hand to move under the tension of the elastic band and stabilize it immediately by controlling the movement. Return to the starting position with the help of the opposite hand.
