Description
You are in a quadruped position, the shoulder to be worked is at 90° abduction to the side, with the hand towards the ceiling and the elbow resting on a stable surface. You have a kettlebell or another weight in your hand, and a third person holds the kettlebell to relieve you of its weight and help you lift your hand as high as possible in external shoulder rotation. Without warning, the person in front of you will release the weight, and you must resist its weight by keeping your hand as high as possible. You then return to the starting position with the help of the person beside you.
