Description

You are standing, arms bent, elbow against your chest, holding a sturdy elastic band in your hand. Make sure you have attached a weight to the end of your elastic band beforehand. Perform a dynamic elevation of your arm to bring the elastic band above your head. Stabilize your arm at the zenith by resisting the jerks caused by the weight at the end of the elastic band. Then, lower your arm slowly and repeat the movement. Be careful not to hit yourself with the weight.
