Description

Lying on your side, rest on your lower hand with your legs extended. While maintaining support on the edge of your foot and the hand that's in contact with the floor, extend your elbows to lift your pelvis, thus aligning your body in a straight line from the trunk to the lower limbs. Hold this side plank position, with the lower arm pushing firmly against the floor and the upper arm extended towards the sky. After holding this posture, release the tension and gently rest your knees on the floor.
