Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a stick with both hands, arms relaxed at your sides. Place a step or low support in front of you. Begin the exercise by slightly bending your knees, then slowly bend your hips and trunk forward to slide the stick along your legs until it touches the support. Keep your back straight throughout the movement, maintaining its natural curves despite the incline. Once at the bottom, quickly straighten up to return to a standing position. Repeat the movement, maintaining a smooth and controlled execution.
