Description

Stand comfortably. Raise your hand to the side until it is above your ear. Then turn your hand so that the fingers point downward when it is next to your ear. To increase tension, you can push your elbow backward at the end of the movement. Then, tilt your head to the same side to decrease tension in the neck. To reduce tension in the arm, relax it by moving your hand away from your face. At the same time, tilt your head to the opposite side to increase tension in the neck.
