Description
Lie on your back holding a weight in your hand. Place your arm out to the side, with your shoulder and elbow bent at 90°, and slightly raise your elbow using a support. Let the weight lower toward the floor to take the starting position, then slowly raise your forearm to vertical by performing an internal rotation of the shoulder, so as to point the weight toward the ceiling. Then lower in a controlled manner, braking the movement until you reach the starting position.
