Description

Attach an elastic band at head height in front of you and secure a weight to the center of the elastic band. You can choose to sit or stand, positioning yourself facing the attachment point of the weighted elastic band. Hold the end of the elastic band with your elbow extended in front of you. To perform the exercise, externally rotate your shoulder by moving your arm to the side and bending your elbow to a 90-degree angle, adopting a candelabra position. Resist the destabilization caused by the weight attached to the elastic band for 2 to 3 seconds, then return to the initial position by extending your elbow.
