Description

You are lying on your back, knees bent and arms along your body. You will cross one leg over the other by placing your ankle on the knee of the opposite leg. Then you will place your opposite hand on the knee of the crossed leg. In this position, you will exhale and pull in your stomach to contract the transverse muscle, and at the same time, you will press against your knee by bringing your arm forward.
