Description

From Plank Pose, lower your knees to the floor while keeping your trunk braced. Bend your elbows, keeping them close to your body, to lower yourself toward the floor with control, letting your pelvis and torso come down in a coordinated manner. From the floor, push through your hands to open your chest, coming into a gentle extension depending on your range. Then push the floor away to move back and come into Downward-Facing Dog. Maintain smooth breathing, synchronizing it with each step of the movement, aiming for control, smoothness, and respect for your abilities.
