Description
Lie down on a bed or mat, keeping your chest open and shoulder blades down and together. Place the working arm along your body, with the elbow bent and slightly elevated using a support. Hold a weight in your hand and gently lift the arm to shoulder height, forming a 90-degree angle relative to your trunk, ensuring not to raise the shoulder. To enhance muscle activation, grip the weight firmly in your hand.
