Description
Stand up and hold the TRX handles. Move your feet forward as if you were walking, then lean back until your torso forms a 45-degree angle. Keep your arms straight in front of you; this is the starting position. Contract your back muscles by pulling your arms back, up, and slightly to the side (forming a Y) while keeping your elbows slightly bent. Slowly return to the starting position. Make sure to keep your torso straight, like an inclined plank, throughout the exercise.
