Description

Stand facing the wall, holding three balls of different sizes. Take one ball in the hand on the affected side. Make a slow upward movement, letting your hand crawl up the ball like a spider climbing little by little. Make sure not to rotate your shoulders during the exercise. Then return to the starting position and repeat the movement in another direction, for example, by bringing the straight arm out to the side with your hand on the ball. You can also return to the initial position and perform one last spider movement downward, still with the ball. Switch balls after a few movements so you perform the exercise with balls of different sizes while keeping good control of the movement.
