Description

Sit comfortably on a Swiss ball that is appropriately sized for you, ensuring your thighs are parallel to the floor in this seated position. Wrap an elastic band around your wrists and extend your arms upwards. Keep your spine neutral and straight, then lower your elbows and wrists to your sides to achieve the chandelier position. Make sure to open your elbows sufficiently while maintaining a proud chest. Visualize lengthening your spine by imagining a rope gently pulling the top of your head toward the ceiling.
