Description
Lie on your back with your heels placed on a chair and a Foam Roller positioned between your knees, ensuring your knees and hips are bent at approximately 90°. Hold a kettlebell with your arms extended above your head, as shown in the first photo. Push through your heels to slightly lift your glutes off the ground. Keep this position while slowly lowering your extended arms towards the floor, then raise them back above your head. Repeat this arm movement continuously, without resting your glutes, for the specified number of repetitions.
