Description

Perform a two-footed broad jump, then, on landing, follow with a single-leg lateral hop to the side indicated by the visual cue. On the inhibitory cue, for example a given color, do not perform the hop and stabilize the landing. Reorient your pelvis and trunk to the indicated side and keep your landing stable despite the decision to be made.
