Description

Lie on your back with your knees bent. Raise your arms as far as possible towards the floor, without pain. Once the arm on the sensitive side has reached its maximum, place the other hand just below to provide support. Then perform a gentle contraction by pushing the affected hand against the other hand, as if you wanted to press it towards the floor. Hold for a few seconds without moving, release, and then try to bring your arms a little lower. Repeat the exercise gradually.
