Description
In a standing position, with hands on hips, extend your leg in front of you and perform a hip adduction by moving your leg across in front of you for 4 seconds. Hold this position for 4 seconds, then slowly return to your starting position in 4 seconds. Repeat this movement as many times as necessary. Placing your hands on your hips is important to control pelvis movement, making this exercise primarily focused on the hip.
