Description

Lie down on your stomach with the arm you're working on placed close to your body at a 90° angle, elbow bent at 90°, hand turned towards the ground in internal rotation, resting on a towel or a small cushion. From this position, gently lift the wrist off the support to perform an active internal rotation of the shoulder. Hold for a few seconds, then release while controlling the movement.
