Description

Sit on the side with your knees bent, supporting yourself on one hand. Lift your pelvis until your body is aligned from shoulders to knees, then extend the other arm towards the ceiling. By pushing on the hand on the ground, try to raise the hand of the raised arm even higher. You should feel the work in the shoulder blade of the supporting arm. Always keep your elbow straight throughout the movement. Release the contraction and repeat the movement.
