Description

Fix an elastic band to the floor or at a low position and position yourself in a kneeling position, with one foot on the floor in front and one knee on the floor behind. Grab the elastic band with the hand on the side of the knee that is on the floor and keep the arm extended upwards. When your arm is vertical, push your hand towards the ceiling so that the shoulder blade also moves upwards. Slowly return to the starting position, always keeping the arm extended, and repeat the movement. Make sure not to lean your torso to the opposite side when pushing the hand upwards.
