Description

You are standing with your elbows bent at 90°, holding the ends of an elastic band in your hands, which is anchored in front of you or held by another person. While keeping your elbows bent, move your hands as far to the sides as possible to perform a shoulder external rotation. Then, maintaining this arm position, raise your arms towards the ceiling following this arched trajectory until your fists touch each other. Slowly return in the opposite direction and then release the tension in the elastic band to return to the starting position.
